Half a brick missing behind the weep hole caused a leak last month
Pulled a wall apart in Phoenix after a homeowner complained about dampness, and sure enough the crew had skipped a brick right behind the weep hole so water ran straight into the cavity. How do you guys check for that before the wall goes up, or is it just a rookie mistake we all learn the hard way?
