Our D&D group fell apart over a character sheet, not a dragon
Last Saturday we were supposed to run session 27 of our campaign, but our DM showed up and said a player had been cheating on their dice rolls by using a weighted d20. That guy got defensive, called everyone nerds, and just walked out, which killed the whole night. We sat around my kitchen table in Portland for 45 minutes before someone suggested we just play Catan instead, and honestly it was better than forcing it. Has anyone else had a game collapse over something like this, or are we just cursed with dramatic players?
