Warning: that $40 lens cleaning kit wrecked my camera
Bought a cheap cleaning kit off Amazon with a spray bottle and it left streaks inside my lens that no amount of wiping fixed. Has anyone found a reliable way to get rid of residue without sending it to the shop?

Oh man, that's frustrating. Have you tried using a microfiber cloth with just a drop of distilled water on it? Sometimes the residue from those cheap sprays is alcohol-based, and water can actually break it down better than adding more chemicals.
