Hit my 50th rack of ribs this weekend without noticing

I was cleaning out my smoker log book on Sunday. Realized I hit 50 racks of ribs this season. That's not counting the ones I messed up early on. I just kept cooking through trial and error. Anyone else ever lose track of a milestone like that?

Stood there staring at my log book wondering where the time went. Half those racks were probably just practice runs where I forgot to spritz or wrapped too late. My family started calling my smoker "the experiment box" after I served them a batch that tasted more like charcoal than pork. Still, hitting that number feels pretty good even if half of them were barely edible. Makes me wonder how many failed brisket flats I've buried in the backyard over the years.

Hang on, spritzing isn't really a thing for pork ribs, you usually just let the fat and moisture do the work. But man, I feel that charcoal comment way too deep.
