Had to pick between a $40 brisket or a $20 pork shoulder for my cousin's wedding... went with the pork and got a standing ovation from the groom's side.

That vinyl plank was actually a mid-grade option, not the cheapest. The homeowner picked it for durability with their pets. It looks fine once it's installed properly.
