That 20-year barber's advice about clipper oil was spot on
I used to think a drop of clipper oil every few months was enough. Last month my Wahl Senior started pulling and snagging on a client's thick hair, real bad. A retired barber named Dave who's been cutting since the 80s told me to oil the blades before every single haircut, not just when they sound dry. I did that for two weeks straight and the difference is night and day, no pulling at all. Anyone else skip oiling and regret it later or was it just me being lazy?
