A rep in Dallas said I should double book Saturdays, and he was dead wrong

This supply rep swore double booking would boost my shop on Elm Street by 30 percent, so I tried it for one Saturday and had two guys waiting 40 minutes past their slot. One of them was a regular since 2019 and he hasn't come back. Any of you run a tight schedule without stacking chairs?
