Three weeks in and I finally cracked the passive-aggressive dish code

My roommate kept leaving one mug unwashed every morning, and I thought she was just lazy. Then I counted 14 mugs over 3 weeks, all hers, all sitting in the sink with a spoon in them. Turns out she was mad I stopped buying her oat milk, and the mugs were her way of saying it without talking. Has anyone else had a roommate who signals anger through chores, or am I the only one who got a silent protest via crockery?
