Don't buy a prefab shed kit from that big box store
I dropped $2,800 on a 10x12 shed kit from the orange store last spring and spent a whole weekend assembling it only to have the roof sag after two rainstorms. The instructions were a joke and the wood they sent was all warped. Has anyone else had luck with a specific local builder or did I just pick the wrong brand?

Man that's rough, $2,800 is not pocket change. I built a similar sized one from the blue store a couple years back and the plywood roof deck was warped right out of the box. Had to sister every rafter with extra lumber just to keep it from bowing. Did you try to get any money back from the orange store or did they give you the runaround too?
