The A.T. shelter log changed how I pack my first aid kit

Read 40 entries on the Appalachian Trail over two nights near Damascus last fall. Kept seeing the same story, people writing about blisters and twisted ankles way more than big injuries. Now I carry 3x the moleskin and skip the heavy splint, anyone else tweak their kit based on other hikers' reports?

Did you track whether those log entries matched what folks actually treated on trail?
