Found out my tool pouch weighs 14 pounds fully loaded...
Weighed my everyday avionics pouch after a late shift last night and was shocked it's as heavy as a small bowling ball. Anyone else ever actually weigh their go-bag and reconsider what they carry?

Holy cow, 14 pounds?! That's wild! I had a similar shock when I finally tossed my old leather tool belt on the bathroom scale a few years back. It came in at 12 pounds, and I realized half the stuff in there were random bits I hadn't touched since the Obama administration. I ended up ditching a huge handful of old screwdriver bits and a rusty pair of pliers, and now I only carry what I actually use in a week.
