Rant: a guy in the hotel lobby in Reno asked why I left 2 stars and it made me rethink every review I've posted
I was in Reno last week for a wedding and this older guy at the hotel bar asked why I gave a moving company 2 stars instead of 1. I said the driver was 5 days late and scratched my bumper, but he just nodded and asked if I ever reviewed the good ones. That hit me because I looked back at my account and out of 14 reviews, 12 are complaints, and I never once wrote up the company that moved me from Sacramento without a single issue. Now I'm sitting here wondering if I'm part of the problem, because bad reviews get posted in 10 minutes and good ones never get written at all. Do you guys leave reviews when a haul actually goes smooth, or only when it goes sideways?
