A dispatcher in Phoenix told me my pickup window was 3 days, then the driver showed up on day 6 with no call
I read a review thread where someone swore by paying a deposit upfront, and it got me thinking about how little the quotes actually mean once a broker hands your car off. Has anyone actually gotten money back from a broker when the pickup window got blown by a whole week?
