A broker in Dallas told me my review sounded fake because of one line, and he was right
He said reviews that only mention price and pickup window read like ads, so I started naming the actual dispatcher and the lot address for every haul. Now I list the exact day my car sat 2 extra days in Irving and who I called about it, and no one has questioned a review since.
