Showerthought: I saw a car at the grocery store with a paint match so good it made me stop
It was a 2015 Ford F-150 in the parking lot of the Walmart in Springfield. The owner had a full quarter panel replaced, and the metallic silver blend was flawless from every angle, even in direct sun. I had to ask him about it, and he said a local shop mixed the color with a spectrometer and did a three-stage blend. Has anyone else seen a repair lately that just made you appreciate the craft?
