Best week in 6 years at the shop and it was all because of one hail storm

We pulled in 11 cars in 4 days after that storm hit the east side of town on Tuesday, and I finally had to turn people away because we ran out of bay space, so I'm curious if other shops set a cap on how many insurance jobs they'll take at once or just ride the wave when it comes.

Did you cap it at a number before turning people away or was it more about the bays being full that day? Curious how you decide who gets in when the phone keeps ringing.
