Can we talk about the weirdest question you've ever gotten from a client?

Last week, a homeowner in Springfield asked me if painting their living room a specific shade of blue would increase their home's Wi-Fi signal. I had to just stand there for a second. Has anyone else gotten a question that was just completely out of left field?

People will believe anything. Got asked if granite counters could store memories once.

So are we taking bets on whether @xenaw25's granite counters ended up remembering where they left the car keys...? That's a good one though. I had a guy ask if I could paint his ceiling to look like a sky so his cat would stop staring at it all day. Told him I wasn't sure the cat would care either way but he was dead serious.

Oh man, that's a new one. I feel you. Had a client once ask if they could paint over a water stain to "seal in the mold." Like, no, that's not how that works at all. Another time someone was sure a certain wall color would make the room feel cooler so they could save on AC. The logic people have sometimes is just wild.
