Walked into a showing in Austin and the landlord was napping on the couch

I showed up on time for a 2-bedroom off Riverside and the guy had the AC off, a sleep mask on, and an empty pizza box on the coffee table. He woke up, said "ugh, another one," and handed me the key fob like he didn't care if I stole the place. Has anyone else had a landlord treat a tour like a personal inconvenience?
