My landlord ignored a leaking pipe for 3 days and now my ceiling looks like a soggy pancake
The upstairs neighbor's pipe burst on a Friday, I called the emergency line twice and sent photos, and by Monday there was a brown water stain spreading across my kitchen ceiling, so I finally just shut off the building's main valve myself and texted the landlord a picture of the water dripping into a bucket.

3 days of silence from the landlord and now your ceiling is trying out for a pancake commercial. Nothing says "we care" like a bucket catching your dinner while you wait for a text back lol.
