I finally stopped scheduling tours on weekends after a landlord in Austin called my Saturday visits 'a waste of his time'

I used to book every showing on Saturdays because that was my only day off, but a landlord near South Congress told me straight up that weekend tours are his worst ones because he's rushing between 4 other people. So now I ask for Tuesday or Wednesday mornings at 10am and I've gotten 2 places that way, mostly because I'm the only one there and we actually talk for 20 minutes instead of 5. Anyone else noticed landlords are way more flexible, and way more willing to knock $50 off, on a random weekday?
