Just had a huge spoiler slip in a YouTube thumbnail for the new Jujutsu Kaisen episode

I was scrolling through my feed on Wednesday, trying to avoid spoilers before I could watch the new episode. A channel I follow, AnimeTop10, put a massive spoiler for the big fight in their thumbnail and title. I saw it for maybe two seconds, but it ruined the whole surprise of the episode for me. I instantly blocked the channel and reported the video for spoilers. It's getting really hard to avoid this stuff if you can't watch things right away. Has anyone found a good browser extension or setting to actually block these kinds of thumbnails?
