I swore the subs vs dubs debate was pointless until my cousin in Osaka pointed out the lip flaps
I always said reading subtitles kept me closer to the original intent, but last week my cousin pointed out that one scene in the show we both watched literally said a different joke in each version and I had been arguing about a translation the whole time, so now I want to know which shows you rewatch in the other format just to catch what you missed.
