Hot take: a $4 bottle of 91% isopropyl beats every fancy contact cleaner for old Game Boy carts
Spent $22 on a can of DeoxIT last month and blew through it in two weekends, but a Q-tip dipped in plain isopropyl from Walgreens got my Pokemon Silver save working on the first try after two failed attempts with the spray. Anyone else find the cheap stuff just works, or am I missing something about the fancy cleaners?

Cheap iso leaves residue if it's not 99%, that's the real diff.
