I finally stopped getting blank frames after my uncle's one tip about rewinding
My uncle shot film in the 90s and he kept telling me to stop yanking the rewind crank so hard on my Canon AE-1, but I figured he was just being an old guy about it. Then I lost a whole roll from a trip to Portland with 24 frames of nothing but fog and scratches, so I tried his way and got every shot back clean. Does anyone else's family have weirdly specific film advice that actually works?
