PSA: I was at the library in Springfield and saw a kid slam a book shut at the last page.
It was 'The Hobbit', and he looked really mad, saying 'That's it?' out loud. I think the ending where Bilbo just goes home feels flat now, and he should have kept the Arkenstone as a real prize. What's a book ending that you think just fizzles out?
