I finally saw the real ending of The Sixth Sense after a grocery store chat
Last Tuesday at the Kroger on 5th, this old dude in the produce aisle said the movie should've ended with the kid talking to the ghost lady's therapist instead. I rewatched it that night and honestly, it clicked way harder for me than the original twist. It went from a gotcha moment to a story about moving on and letting go. Has anyone else had a random person flip a whole movie's ending for them like that?

Honestly, @dakotaknight, I went in expecting the same old gotcha and came out feeling totally different. I used to think the therapist angle was just a cheap way to add another twist, but watching it with his story as the main thread made the whole thing feel heavier. That scene where the kid finally tells his mom the secret hit way harder once I saw it as a lesson about letting go, not just a surprise ending. Man, a random grocery store chat really can rewire your whole take on a movie.
