Am I the only one who thinks the ending of 'The Dark Knight Rises' was a cop-out?
I rewatched it last night and the whole 'Bruce Wayne is alive and living in Italy' thing feels like a cheat after all that sacrifice talk. It would have been way more powerful if Alfred just saw someone who looked like him and smiled, leaving it open. What's an ending you wish had more guts?

Nah man, real talk - sometimes you gotta let people learn the hard way. I've had friends who kept letting toxic people back in their lives no matter how many times I told them it was a bad idea. Eventually they hit rock bottom and finally got it. That's just how some folks are wired. They gotta feel the pain themselves before they listen.
