Thought the new torque wrench from AeroTech was just hype until I had to redo a job
I was working on a Cessna 172's landing gear in Tulsa and my old wrench was giving me inconsistent clicks. Borrowed the AeroTech TQ-450 from the hangar next door and the digital readout showed I was off by 8 foot-pounds on three bolts. That thing is dead accurate and saved me a ton of time. Anyone else tried a digital torque wrench on older airframes?

Wow, I was in the same boat. Seeing those numbers really makes you trust the tool.
