Shoutout to the guy in Anchorage who showed me the trick with a zip tie on a stripped cowl screw.

That zip tie trick is a lifesaver. You just thread it through the screw hole, pull it tight, and use the tail for grip. I've had to do it on a plastic cover in a tight spot where nothing else would bite. Works way better than trying to jam a rubber band in there.

Oh come on, that zip tie trick is a hack at best. Half the time the plastic is brittle and you just snap the whole thing off anyway. And that tail end is useless once you get it half stripped from the tension.
