After a batch of limp broccoli, I now always pat my veggies dry before air frying.
The difference in texture is night and day.

Ever notice how tiny fixes change your whole day? Like @derekmoore said, it really does make all the difference. I fixed a squeaky cabinet door this morning and the quiet feels huge. Same with clearing off one messy counter, the whole kitchen just works better.
