Had to pick between the food court and the arcade for my last mall visit
Back in 2019, I was at the dead Orland Park mall in Illinois and had to decide whether to grab a bite at the old food court or hit the arcade one last time before they locked the doors. I chose the arcade, figuring I could eat anywhere later. The arcade was creepy quiet with only one machine working, the air hockey table, and I played alone for 20 minutes until the lights flickered. Should have just got a hot dog instead. Anyone else ever regret the choice they made on a last mall trip?

An arcade with one working machine sounds like a better story than a hot dog you forgot about two hours later.
