I'm looking at offloading a duplex that's been a nightmare. Has anyone tried sell my house fast group? Are they going to lowball me terribly or is it a fair process?

Ugh, been there. It's like choosing between getting slow-poisoned by your terrible tenants or taking one quick, hard punch to the wallet. Sure, they'll probably offer you what feels like a bag of magic beans and a firm handshake, but you also don't have to fix the broken toilet or listen to the weird hum in the walls anymore. It's not a good deal, it's a panic button. A very expensive, "get me out of this now" button.

The offer is usually a bit below market value, but that's the trade-off for convenience. I used them in Jan 2026 and was happy with it.
