Serious question, I've been waiting to invest my savings until prices fall.
Some friends tell me to jump in now because time is key, but others say holding out for a dip saves money. My cash has been sitting for six months with no big drop in sight. Which side are you on?

Market timing is a fool's game most of the time. Your six-month wait proves that prices don't always play along. Ngl, you might just be better off getting in before you miss more.

Got to say, @wren114, your crystal ball being out of service sums it up perfectly. Trying to time the market is like relying on magic most of the time. Those six months you waited probably cost you more than if you just jumped in earlier. But hey, who hasn't been there? We all think we can guess the peaks and valleys. What made you finally decide to get back in?
