Felt wrong doing that highlight job on already weak hair

The client was set on it for her wedding. I still think about the potential breakage.

But how often is "client's wishes" just code for them not knowing any better? Sure, sometimes you bite the bullet when they're set on a certain color or layout. But other times it's a CEO demanding a flashy intro that wrecks their site speed, or insisting on a font that makes their law firm look like a daycare flyer. You gotta pick your battles, but sometimes doing the job right means pushing back hard. Giving in every time just makes you a fancy mouse clicker for their bad call.
