That estate sale in Fresno where grandma's crafts went for $2 each

Went to an estate sale off Shields Ave last Saturday and someone had priced all the cross stitch kits and yarn at $2 a piece. I grabbed 14 skeins of vintage wool that still had the original labels from the 70s. Put them on eBay when I got home and two already sold for $18 each. Anyone else finding that old lady craft supplies are secretly the best flip in the whole game?

I've seen it with sewing patterns too, a whole box for a buck at one sale, then they flip for five or six each. Honestly, it makes me wonder what other everyday stuff we're all walking right past.
