So last week I had to deliver a massive 'get well' arrangement to a guy who turned out to be allergic to every single flower in it.
His wife ordered it, and I spent 20 minutes in his apartment hallway while he sneezed, his eyes watered, and we tried to figure out which of the lilies, gerbera daisies, and freesia was the main culprit, which has me wondering what your protocol is for checking for allergies when taking an order?

Massive get well arrangement" sounds like a hospital room. Who sends that to an apartment. Just seems like a weird story.

Right, because who has the space for a giant flower thing in their living room? Makes you wonder if the whole story is even real, or if they're just making up details for attention.
