Wasted $60 on a fancy facial steamer that barely produced steam

I bought this sleek little steamer from a popular skincare brand online. It was supposed to be gentle and quiet, but after two uses the steam just turned into a weak mist. I timed it and got maybe 4 minutes of usable steam before it started sputtering. Customer service basically said tough luck since I tossed the box. Back to my old basic steamer from the drugstore that cost $25 and works way better. Has anyone else had a steamer fail on them super fast?

Did your return window expire before you even tested it?

That's the thing, it feels like everything has this built-in "wait and see if it breaks" timeframe now. I've noticed most stuff just barely holds together long enough to get past the return window, then it's your problem.
