Unpopular opinion: I think glycolic peels are overhyped

After 10 months of using a 30% glycolic peel on my clients in Austin, I saw way more improvement from simple lactic acid peels with less irritation. Has anyone else seen the same or am I missing something with my application technique?

Yeah you're absolutely right, I was all in on glycolic but lactic is way gentler and just works better.

idk, I've had the opposite experience - glycolic actually calms my skin down while lactic makes me break out. maybe it just depends on what your skin can handle.
