Honestly, I wouldn't laugh at that. If those stones are important to their sense of well-being, then caring for them makes perfect sense. It's about the value they place on the objects, not what they are. We all have our own ways of finding comfort. Calling it a facial is just their way of asking for a gentle cleaning, which is a pretty normal service. I see it as respecting a client's personal beliefs, even if I don't share them.
