Misread a dimension on a set of prints and ended up with a wall 12 inches too short

Oh man, that's rough. So the prints clearly showed 12 inches difference and you just flat out missed it? Was it a simple typo on your end reading the number or did you misread a dimension line and think it was for something else? Like, were you working fast and just glanced at the wrong spot on the page or did you mix up the total length with a partial measurement? I'm trying to picture how you get that far into framing without the tape measure screaming at you.
