Appreciation post: the guy at the Toledo art fair who showed me why my shadows looked flat
He pulled up my sketch on his tablet and pointed out I was using pure black for every shadow instead of a cool gray. Now I want to know what color tricks other people use to keep digital shading from looking muddy.
