Tried a 90 foot pick with the main block only, boom angle was the real battle
Ran a transformer lift in Nashville last Tuesday that I thought was all about the load chart, but the 72 degree boom angle made the tagline guy earn his pay, and my swing was off by 4 feet until I learned to trust the deadman, has anyone else had a pick where the rigging was easy but the angle check ate your whole afternoon?
