Honestly sounds like settling for less. Smooth talk during lifts just means you're wasting time chatting instead of moving weight. Those extra huddles probably eat into actual work and create more problems than they solve. Feels like people just want a pat on the back for fixing a mess they made. Real teamwork shows in the results, not in how nice the chatter is.
