My cousin swore Fuzion Frenzy would end friendships, and he was right for 45 minutes
Every year my cousin hosts a game night the Saturday after Thanksgiving and every year he pulls out the same busted copy of Fuzion Frenzy for the original Xbox. About 6 years back he looked me dead in the eye and said "this game ruins friendships, watch" and I laughed it off because how bad could a party game get. Fast forward 45 minutes and two guys who have been best friends since 3rd grade are standing nose to nose in his kitchen arguing over a mini game where you spin around a pole and fling each other off, and one of them actually left at 11pm. We still play it every year because now it's tradition, but we made a rule that nobody talks about the pole game afterward. I think the real problem is the game is split screen so you literally see the exact second your friend cheap shots you, there is nowhere to hide. Does anyone else have a couch co-op game that got banned in their friend group, or is it just us?
