Warning: that new mani/pedi cleaner ruined my pedicure station
Bought the ProCleanse Plus disinfectant from a supplier in Chicago last month. Used it on my pedicure chair after a client on Tuesday. Next morning, the vinyl was peeling and the suede on the footrest was stained. Called the number on the bottle and it went to a dead line. Anyone else get burned by this stuff?

Did you try reaching out to the supplier in Chicago directly? I had a similar issue with a different brand last year that bubbled the finish on my station within hours. The company just ghosted me too, wouldn't answer calls or emails after I complained.

Did you ever try looking them up on the Better Business Bureau or leaving a public review somewhere? I know it feels useless sometimes, but a lot of these shady suppliers actually pay attention to their online ratings because it hurts new sales. I had a similar thing happen with a wood finish company a few years back, and they ignored my emails for weeks. But after I posted a detailed review with photos on a couple forums, someone from their office finally called me the next day. It's frustrating that you have to go that route just to get basic customer service, but it's the only way some businesses will listen. I hope you get some resolution soon, that bubbling issue sounds like a real pain to deal with.
