Had 3 walk-in color fixes in one Tuesday and realized I was the problem
Two weeks ago I booked a walk-in blowout at 9am, a root touch up at 11, and a gloss at 2, all on the same Tuesday. By the third client I was so rushed I mixed her gloss 10 volume instead of 20 and had to redo it while she sat there watching me. She tipped me $5 on a $65 service and I knew why. That night I counted my bookings for the month and saw I was taking every walk-in that called instead of leaving buffer time. How do you all decide when to say no to a same day appointment?
