Borrowed a coworker's haircutting shears for one client and now mine feel terrible

I let my station mate use my shears for a trim last Tuesday and she handed back her old pair to finish my client. Her blades were duller but somehow cut smoother, took 5 minutes off my usual time. Anyone else notice a different shear weight changes your whole hand position? I'm about to test drive hers for a week.

Tool weight changes everything, no joke. Swapped once for a lighter pair and my wrist felt weird for days. That smoother cut thing might just be her blades being broken in right. Test drive hers, but keep yours in your bag.
