Swapped to a Kirby Morgan 37 after 5 years in an old hat

I ditched my old neck-dam breaking hard hat for the KM 37 last month and honestly my shoulders don't ache after 8 hour shifts anymore. Has anyone else made that switch and noticed a big difference in comfort?

Actually those old hats weren't really that bad for your neck compared to most modern lightweight ones.
