Just pulled my first decent latte art after 6 months of trying

I was super skeptical about those cheap steam wand pitchers on Amazon, but I caved and bought a $12 one. First pour whipped out a little foam rosetta that actually looked like a leaf. Has anyone else had a random cheap tool suddenly make things click?

Totally thought good gear was a scam. That cheap pitcher changed my mind completely.

Used to think the same way honestly. I figured spending more than $15 on a pitcher was just a waste of money (my old plastic one leaked everywhere, which I just dealt with). Then my sister bought me a decent glass pitcher for my birthday and it was a total game changer. The ice stays cold, the lid actually seals, and it pours without dribbling down the side like a messy kid. Now I get why people rave about simple kitchen things that just work right. You really don't know what you're missing until you try something that's not garbage.
