Shoutout to the old timer in Fort Worth who watched me fight a chatter mark for 4 hours
Turns out my tool holder was sitting .003 out of square and I chased feeds and speeds for 4 hours on a 20 minute job before he walked over and tapped the holder with a dial indicator, has anyone else had a setup issue that made you doubt everything you know about cutting?
